01 — Research Use Only
All products listed on this site are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices under any applicable regulation in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation, instruction, or endorsement for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.
Products have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any equivalent regulatory body, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that ordering, importing, and possessing these materials is lawful in their own country and region before placing an order.
02 — Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
- You must be purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research context — academic, private laboratory, or independent research — and not for personal consumption.
- You are responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, and import of these compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering. Laws vary by country, state, and locality, and it is the buyer's sole responsibility to comply with them.
03 — Orders & Payment
Orders are paid via USDT (TRC20 network only). Payment is considered received once confirmed on-chain — this is typically automatic and near-instant, but final confirmation times depend on network conditions outside our control.
We do not accept fiat payment methods, chargebacks, or reversible payment rails. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by us or by the network.
No accounts or logins are required to order. An order reference and the contact information you provide (email or phone) are used solely to fulfill and, if requested, to look up the status of that specific order.
04 — Shipping
Standard delivery runs approximately 7–14 days from confirmed payment, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Packaging is discreet and unmarked — no product information, company name, or contents description appears on the exterior of any package.
Once an order ships, a carrier tracking number is provided via the contact information supplied at checkout and through the order tracking tool on this site.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
05 — Reshipment Policy
If a package is confirmed seized or destroyed in transit due to a fulfillment or packaging error on our end, we offer a one-time reshipment split: we cover 50% of the merchandise value and the buyer covers the remaining 50%, and a replacement order is sent using a different shipping method. Shipping fees are not covered under this policy and are paid in full by the buyer on the replacement order.
This policy does not apply to seizures resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, restricted destination countries, or import restrictions the buyer was responsible for checking before ordering. Reach out with your order reference to request a reship review.
06 — No Medical Claims
Nothing on this site, including product names, dosage-style specifications (e.g. "mg/vial"), customer reviews, or any other content, constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a safety claim for human use. Any resemblance to human dosing conventions reflects standard research-material labeling only.
07 — Limitation of Liability
Products are sold "as is" for research purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any use of purchased materials outside of their stated research purpose, including but not limited to human or animal consumption, and for any resulting harm, injury, or legal consequence.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, and disposal of all purchased materials.
